AMVIA Pricing
AMVIA charges a fixed monthly fee per user for managed IT services, with no hidden costs or variable charges for normal support activity. Below is an overview of our service tiers, what each includes, and how pricing works for connectivity and standalone services.
Quick answer
AMVIA prices managed IT services as a fixed monthly fee per user — from £25/user/month — covering helpdesk, monitoring, patching and security tooling, with no per-ticket charges. Leased lines, VoIP and Microsoft 365 are quoted separately to your address and headcount. One provider, security-first, Microsoft-certified engineers stand behind every tier.
How AMVIA Pricing Works
Per-user monthly fee
AMVIA managed IT services are priced per user per month. The fee covers helpdesk support, AmviaIQ monitoring, patch management, and the services included in your chosen tier — with no per-ticket charges.
Choose your service tier
Select Essential, Professional, or Enterprise based on the level of support, security tooling, and response times your business requires. Each tier includes a defined set of services.
Add connectivity and communications
Leased lines, VoIP phone systems, and Microsoft 365 licensing are priced separately and added to your monthly statement. All connectivity pricing is based on your specific address and requirements.

How does AMVIA pricing work?
AMVIA bills a fixed per-user, per-month fee for managed IT. The fee covers helpdesk support, AmviaIQ monitoring, patch management and everything in your chosen tier — there are no per-ticket charges and no surprise variable costs for normal support activity. Connectivity and licensing are quoted separately.
Three things drive what you pay:
- Per-user monthly fee — one predictable line per user, not a meter that ticks every time someone raises a ticket.
- Your service tier — Essential, Professional or Enterprise, chosen on the support hours, security tooling and response times you need.
- Add-ons — leased lines, VoIP phone systems and Microsoft 365 licensing are priced to your specific address and requirements, then added to one monthly statement.
This is the same accountable-provider model that runs through our managed IT support: one bill, one team, security built in rather than sold as an upsell.
What do AMVIA's managed IT service tiers cost?
AMVIA managed IT comes in three tiers. Essential starts from £25/user/month, Professional from £40/user/month, and Enterprise from £60/user/month. Each tier is a defined bundle of support hours, security tooling and response commitments — you move up only when your risk and dependency justify it.
| Tier | From (per user/mo) | Support hours | Security | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | £25 | Business hours | Basic security tooling | Reliable day-to-day IT support |
| Professional | £40 | Extended hours | EDR endpoint + email filtering | Growing teams with higher IT dependency |
| Enterprise | £60 | 24/7 + out-of-hours P1 | Advanced stack + compliance support | Risk-aware, regulated or multi-site firms |
What sits inside each tier:
- Essential — from £25/user/month: helpdesk (business hours), AmviaIQ monitoring, remote support, patch management and basic security tooling.
- Professional — from £40/user/month: everything in Essential, plus extended support hours, EDR endpoint security, email security filtering, Microsoft 365 support and monthly service reviews.
- Enterprise — from £60/user/month: everything in Professional, plus 24/7 monitoring, out-of-hours P1 response, an advanced security stack, virtual CTO consultancy, compliance support and dedicated account management.
The security tooling across these tiers is built on Microsoft Defender and the Barracuda email and network suite, monitored by AMVIA's in-house team — not a grab-bag of third-party agents you have to manage yourself.
How much do leased lines, VoIP and Microsoft 365 cost?
Connectivity and communications are priced on top of your managed IT tier, because they depend on your location, speed and handset choices. As a guide: leased lines from £69/month, VoIP from £5.95/user/month, and Microsoft 365 licensing through AMVIA from £9.40/user/month.
- Leased lines — from £69/month: dedicated symmetric connectivity, SLA-backed uptime, multi-carrier sourcing and full circuit management. Final price is set by speed tier and address. See our business leased lines detail.
- VoIP phone systems — from £5.95/user/month: hosted VoIP or Microsoft Teams Calling with number porting, inclusive UK calls and full administration. Handset hardware varies by selection. More on business VoIP.
- Microsoft 365 — from £9.40/user/month: licensing with full configuration, ongoing management and security hardening, included within Professional and Enterprise tiers.
What does a Microsoft 365 licence actually cost?
Your AMVIA invoice bundles management and hardening with the licence, so it is worth knowing the underlying Microsoft list prices. Microsoft 365 Business Basic is £4.60, Business Standard £9.60 and Business Premium £16.90 per user/month (ex VAT, annual commitment), per Microsoft's UK pricing.
The difference between a raw licence and a managed one is the work around it: conditional access, MFA, backup and Secure Score improvements. Business Premium in particular carries the security features most SMEs need, which is why we pair licensing with the controls covered on our Microsoft 365 security pillar rather than leaving them switched off.
Why does security-first pricing matter?
AMVIA prices as a security partner, not a telecoms reseller. Every tier includes security tooling rather than bolting it on later, because the UK threat picture makes that the responsible default — 43% of UK businesses reported a cyber breach or attack in the last 12 months, per the Cyber Security Breaches Survey 2025.
Building protection into the base price means the cheapest tier is still a defensible one. It is the same principle behind Cyber Essentials, the UK government scheme AMVIA is certified to (Cyber Essentials Plus): get the fundamentals right by default. Our managed cybersecurity covers how that protection extends as you move up the tiers.
