1. About the Ancillary Charges Schedule
This page publishes AMVIA Limited’s current Ancillary Charges schedule. The schedule sets out the charges that may apply to a customer’s services in addition to the recurring charges in their order, and is provided as a PDF document below.
Where a customer’s Master Services Agreement, order form or statement of work refers to AMVIA’s Ancillary Charges, it refers to the document published on this page. The PDF is the definitive version; the version in force is the current version available here at any given time.
2. Ancillary Charges Schedule
The schedule lists each ancillary charge item, its charge type, and the amount payable. All charges are shown exclusive of VAT. Where a charge is described as “one-time (per instance)” it applies each time the event occurs; out-of-hours work is charged at the first-hour rate followed by the hourly rate for each subsequent hour.

3. Versions and Updates
AMVIA may update the Ancillary Charges schedule from time to time. When it is updated, the superseded version remains available in the version history above as a dated PDF, so the charges that applied at any point in time can always be retrieved. The download link for the current version never changes.
